Figurative Malerei

Form, Gegenstand und Intuition

In meinen figurativen Arbeiten taste ich mich an Körperformen, Silhouetten und räumliche Bezüge heran ohne mich in purer Realitäts-Imitation zu verlieren.

Figuren werden bei mir oft auf besonders signifikante Elemente mit hohem Symbolgehalt reduziert unter Verzicht auf anatomische Detailgetreue, um den Motiven eine narrative Anmutung und Tiefe zu geben.
